I’ve used Gallup for some personal insight stuff, and overall it does feel credible. The data seems solid, which I appreciate because I tend to have a high standard for that kind of thing. That said, some of the reports felt a little too broad for me, like I wasn’t always walking away with anything new or especially actionable. It’s not bad by any means, but my experience was kind of mixed.

I finally tried the gallup assessment after putting it off for a while because I kept telling myself I was too busy. i’m glad I did. The results felt really spot on, and a few parts described the way I work and think better than I probably could have explained myself. It wasn’t perfect down to every tiny detail, but overall it felt accurate and actually useful. Definitely worth taking.

I wish more surveys were written like this. The questions are clear, straightforward, and don’t make you second-guess what they’re asking. No awkward wording or feeling like they’re trying to steer your answer a certain way. Kind of regret wasting time on other ones that were way more confusing.

I did the Gallup training and certification course and it was solid.. the sessions were easy to follow, the trainers clearly knew what they were talking about, and the materials were actually useful after the course too. Felt like it was worth the time, and I still use a lot of what I learned

The consultants really knew their stuff and gave advice that was actually clear and useful, which was a nice surprise in the world of professional services. The only catch was getting something on the calendar took a bit longer than I’d hoped, because apparently scheduling is the true final boss. Overall though, good experience...
